<br />(e) Lot Two of Heuer's Subdivision as shown by the amended
<br />plat dated July 25, 1955, and filed for record on August 4,
<br />1955, in Deed Book A-7, at pages 35-36 of the records of
<br />Independence County, Arkansas, and being a part of Section
<br />3, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, in Independence County,
<br />Arkansas.
<br />4. The following tracts of land should be and are hereby zoned
<br />R-2:
<br />(a) A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township
<br />13 North, Range 6 West, described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the intersection of an old County Road (Old Highway #11) and
<br />the East R/W line of the present Highway 394; thence North
<br />35 degrees 40 minutes East along the East Highway R/W line
<br />208.6 feet, more or less, to the Williams property line;
<br />thence East 269.5 feet along the Leftwich -Williams property
<br />line to an iron pipe in the fence line for a Point of Beginning;
<br />thence continue East along the said property line 147 feet;
<br />thence Northeasterly with the Williams property line 242.9 feet
<br />to the South line of the Theatre tract; thence East along
<br />the Theatre property line 405.9 feet; thence South 3 degrees
<br />West with the extension of the East line of the Theatre
<br />tract 209.9 feet; thence East 724 feet, more or less to the
<br />center of Miller Creek; thence Southerly along Miller Creek
<br />to the North R/W line (15 feet from center line) of an Old
<br />County Road; thence along the North R/W line 1292 ft. West, more
<br />or less, to an iron pin; thence North 142 feet to the Point
<br />of Beginning.
<br />(b) Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE -1,), Section 3, Township 13
<br />North, Range 6 West, to wit: From a point on the North
<br />right of way of Arkansas Highway 25 which is described as
<br />being 50 feet North and 18 feet East from the SW corner of
<br />the said SE,'-,, Section 3, run East along the North right of
<br />way line of said Highway 25 a distance of 928.5', more or
<br />less, to a point which is 531.5' East of the SE corner of a
<br />tract of land heretofore deeded to Billy Cargill and the
<br />point of beginning; then run North, parallel with and 271.5'
<br />East from the East boundary of a tract of land heretofore
<br />deeded to Ernest Forbes, a distance of 1200.0' to the middle
<br />of Old Dethrow Road, then run East along the middle of said
<br />road 1068.5', more or less, to the center of a creek; then
<br />run Southerly, along the center of said creek a distance of
<br />1300.0', more or less, to the North right of way line of
<br />Arkansas highway 25; then run West along said North highway
<br />right of way line 969.5', more or less, to the point of
<br />beginning, being 30.0 acres, more or less.
<br />5. The following tract of land should be and hereby is zoned
<br />I-1:

<br />Section Three of Township Thirteen North and Range Six West
<br />of the Fifth Principal Meridian (SE4 Sec. 3 T13N R6W, 5th
<br />PM) in Independence County, Arkansas, more particular described
<br />as follows: I
<br />Commencing at the South Quarter Section Corner of Said
<br />Section 3; thence S 890 51' 00" E a distance of 919.50 feet,
<br />thence N 1° 00' 00" W, a distance of 566.60 feet to the z
<br />Point of Beginning; thence S 89° 02' 00" W a distance of
<br />874.59 feet to a point on the East Right-of-way line of U. S.
