• 14.06.03. General Family Residential District [R-21 <br /> This District provides a minimum lot area and yard requirements that are acceptable for a safe and healthy <br /> development. <br /> A. Permitted Uses <br /> Unless otherwise provided in this Code, no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected, <br /> converted, enlarged or structurally altered in the R-2 District except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> 1.
