• D. Yard Areas <br /> No building shall be erected or enlarged unless the following yards are provided and maintained in <br /> connection with such building, structure or enlargement: <br /> 1. Front Yard. Twenty-five(25)feet from the front property line or fifty-five(55)feet from the centerline <br /> of existing right-of-way, whichever is greater.
