• A mobile home space shall have yard setbacks of not less than seven and one-half(7'/2)feet on all sides. <br /> 3. Parking and Streets <br /> a. A mobile home space shall have two (2)off-street parking spaces, each nine(9)feet by twenty (20) <br /> feet. <br /> b. All mobile home spaces shall abut a hard-surfaced driveway of not less than twenty (20) feet in <br /> width which shall have unobstructed access to a public street. <br /> 4. Utilities <br /> a. Utility services to each mobile home space shall be in conformance with requirements for utility <br /> service in the subdivision regulations for single-family dwellings. <br /> b. Each mobile home space shall be provided with sanitary sewer and water service in a manner which <br /> meets the City sewer and water codes. <br /> 5.
