'VOW 14dw <br />under the provisions of subparagraph (iii) of Section 2302, the <br />transfer of title to the Premises may be subject to the rights, <br />titles and interests of any party having taken or who is <br />attempting to take title to, or use of, all or any part of the <br />Premises by eminent domain." <br />Section 117. That Section 2801 of the original Lease is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 2801.
