(b) Fees for monitoring, inspections and <br />surveilance procedures; <br />(c) Fees for reviewing accidental dis- <br />charge procedures and construction; <br />(d) Fees for filing appeals; <br />(e) Fees for consistent removal (by the <br />City) of pollutants otherwise subject <br />to federal pretreatment standards; <br />(f) Other fees as the Utilities Commission <br />may deem necessary to carry out the <br />requir^mPnts contained herein. <br />These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this <br />ordinance and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the <br />City. <br />SECTION 4 - ADMINISTRATION <br />4.1 Wastewater Discharvers. It shall be unlawful to <br />1di_scharge without a city permit to any natural outlet within the <br />City of Batesville, or any area under the jurisdiction of of the <br />i <br />City of Batesville, or the POTW any wastewater except as authorized <br />(by the Superintendent in accordance with provisions of this <br />!ordinance. <br />4.2 Wastewater Contribution Permits. <br />4.2.1 General Permits. All significant users <br />proposing to connect to or to contribute to the POTW shall obtain l <br />{ <br />a Wastewater Discharge Permit before connecting to or contributing; <br />to the POTW. All existing significant users connected to or <br />contributing to the POTW shall obtain a Wastewater Contribution <br />i <br />Permit within 180 (optional) days after the effective date of this; <br />i <br />Ordinance. <br />4.2.2 Permit Application. Users required to obtai_ri <br />a Wastewater Contribution Permit shall complete and file with the <br />1 <br />City, an application in the form prescribed by the City, and <br />accompanied by a fee of $150.00 Existing users shall apply <br />for a Wastewater Contribution Permit within 30 days after the <br />- 16 - <br />
