After evluation and acceptance of the data furnished, the City may issue a Wastewater Contribution i Permit subject to terms and conditions provided herein. 4.2.3 Permit Modifications. Within 9 months of the promulgation of a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard, i the Wastewater Contribution Permit of Users subject to such standards shall be revised to require compliance with such r standard within the time frame prescribed by such standard. Where a user, subject to a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard, i has not previously submitted an application for a Wastewater i Contribution Permit as required by 4.2.2, the User shall apply for°! a Wastewater Contribution Permit within 180 days after the promulgation of the Applicable National Categorical Pretreatment Standard. In addition, the User with an existing Wastewater Contribution Permit shall submit to the Manager within 180 days after the promulgation of an applicable Federal Categorical Pre- treatment Standard the information required by paragraph (h) and (i) of Section 4.2.2. i 4.2.4 Permit Conditions.
