COLLIER, SINGLE PERSON, TO C-2 HI(H4AY COMERICAL, DECLARING AN EWR- rTNCY AND OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSP.S AS FOLLOWS: 1.
