RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> The City Planning Commission of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, held their regular <br /> monthly meeting on Monday, September 13, 2010, with Chairman Steven Lewis <br /> presiding. Also present was acting Secretary Nina Womack and Commission members, <br /> Ronnie Hampton, Ken Smith, Carma Osborn and Mike Fagan. Absent was Secretary <br /> Brian Langston. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on rezoning of the Flowers Bakery property. The parcels <br /> recommended to be rezoned include: (see attached drawing) <br /> Block 73: Lot 13 R-2 to I -2 <br /> Block 74: Lots 4-11 C-1 to I-2 <br /> Block 75: Lots 1-14 C-1 to I-2 <br /> Block 76: Lots 13-14 C-1 to I-2 <br /> Block 82: Lots 6-7 C-1 to I-2 <br /> The action of the Planning Commission being to recommend that all these parcels be <br /> rezoned to I-2. Comm. Hampton made motion to rezone all parcels to 1-2. The motion <br /> was seconded by Comm. Fagan and approved by vote. <br /> Therefore, the City Planning Commission of the City of Batesville, Arkansas <br /> • recommends to the City Council of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, that the appropriate <br /> action be taken by the City Council to carry out the recommendation of the City Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Batesville City Planning Commission <br /> B 2QO o--- <br /> Steven Lewis, Chairman <br /> By <br /> • Brian Langston, Secretary <br />
