CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS WHEREAS, the real property hereafter described has been annexed to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, on the ()-- day of 1977; and, WHEREAS, the annexation of said land represents a substantial addition to the area of the City of Batesville, Arkansas; and, WHEREAS, it is desirable that said annexed land be zoned in order to promote the orderly growth and development of the City of Batesville, Arkansas; and, WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission for the City of Batesville, Arkansas, has studied the lands described and has held public hearings on the matter of proper zoning of said land; and, WHEREAS, the said Zoning Commission has recommended the zoning of said lands as follows: R-1 ZONING: Lots 3 thru 9, and lots 16 thru 20, Block 1; All of Block 2; Lots 1 thru 8. Block 3; All of Block 4; All of Block 5; All of Block 6; All of Block 7; All of Block 8, all in Quail Valley Subdivision. Part of the Southwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, to -wit: Begin at the Southeast corner of the said Southwest Quarter; run North 741 ll' 49" West 284.23 feet; then run North 681 19' 39" West 393.02 feet; then run South 891 12' 40" West 190.40 feet; then run North 870 21' 00" West 660.00 feet; then run North 250 39' East 150.00 feet; then run North 46° 09' East 700.00 feet; then run North 601 09' East 400.00 feet; then run North 560 09' East 293.00 feet; then run South 720 10' East 360.00 feet to the East line of the said Southeast Quarter; then run South 000 49' 52" West along said East line of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1142.27 feet to the point of beginning, being 25.7 acres.
