The following property, located within the City of Bates -1, <br />Tille, is presently zoned R-3 residential and has been recommended' <br />)y the Batesville Planning Commission to be changed to C-3 commer- <br />tial zoning. <br />2. That the following property is hereby rezoned to C-3 <br />commercial. <br />3. The property is described as: <br />The West 10 feet of Lot #3 Block #7 and the East 42 feet of Lot #4 <br />of Block #7, all in Wycough's Addition to the City of Batesville, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br />i <br />Commence at Se Corner of Lot #3 and run West 60 feet for Place of a <br />to the West line of j <br />Beginning; thence continue West for 10 feet <br />Lot #3; thence North on said West Line for 150 feet; thence East ' <br />for 10 feet; thence South 150 feet to Place of Beginning.
