Re: City of Batesville, Arkansas <br />Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds <br />Dear Mr. Smith: <br />I am enclosing the following: <br />(1) Notice of and Consent to Meeting of City <br />Council. This will be signed by the Mayor, City Clerk and <br />all members of the council, whether present or not, if adopted <br />at a special meeting. <br />(2) Minutes of Meeting covering the hearing on the <br />rates and the adoption of the ordinance. <br />(3) Form of Ballot. This needs to be printed as <br />soon as possible. We would like to see a proof before it is <br />printed in final form. <br />(4) Notice of Election. Please complete all blanks <br />before publishing. Publication instructions are found at the <br />bottom of the Notice. <br />(5) Proclamation of Election. Same instructions as <br />in (4) above. <br />(6) Notice setting the hearing on the bond ordinance <br />(which you already have). This should be published immediately <br />preceding the bond ordinance.
