BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br />ORDINANCE NO. , I <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS THREE AND FOUR, BLOCK <br />FIFTY-SIX, SCHOOL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission for the City of Batesville, Arkansas, <br />has held public hearings relative to the rezoning of certain properties situated <br />in the City of Batesville, Arkansas; and <br />'+ WHEREAS, that following said hearings and study by the Planning Commission, <br />s: <br />the said Planning Commission has recommended the rezoning to Commercial C-3 <br />zoning, of the following described property in the City of Batesville, Arkansas: <br />Lots three (3) and four (4) in Block fifty-six (56 of the <br />School Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, being <br />a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW,) of Section sixteen <br />(16), Township thirteen (13) ;'forth, Range six (6) West. <br />WHEREAS, the owners of said property now seek the rezoning of said property <br />as recommended by the Planning Commission for the City of Batesville, Arkansas;, <br />THEREFORE, be it ordained that the real property described herein be re- <br />zone, to the Commercial use classification C-3 and that the zoning map for the <br />City of Batesville, Arkansas, be amended to reflect such rezoning. <br />PASSED and APPROVED on thisZ� day of June, 1978. <br />Peyton olden, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />C�Y L <br />s Mary n Srni t City Cl erk <br />An emergency is hereby declared to exist, and the foregoing Ordiance No. <br />shall be in force and effect immediately from and after its passage. <br />Peyton den,ayor <br />ATTES ; . <br />P1ar i Smith, City Cler <br />
