Independence County Deed Record Book E-6 at <br />pages 420-21; <br />LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the aforesaid <br />streets covered by the following described <br />public road easement: <br />An easement for the purpose of a public road, <br />which easement will be of uniform width of 100 <br />feet, and will be located 50 feet on each side <br />of the following described line, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the line between <br />Sections 16 and 21, Township 13 North, Range 6 <br />West and Myers Avenue and 20th Street in the <br />City of Batesville, said point being 330 feet <br />West from corner between Sections 15, 16, 21 and <br />22, Township 13 North, Range 6 West; thence South <br />9 degrees West 830 feet; thence South 21 degrees <br />Ewt 270 feet; thence South 45 degrees East 250 <br />feet; thence South 66 degrees East 250 feet to a <br />point 75 feet South from the Southwest corner of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 22; thence East 520 feet; thence South 52 <br />degrees East 280 feet; thence East 390 feet to <br />point on West line of School tract Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22 <br />that is 250 feet South from the Northwest corner <br />thereof; <br />and this Ordinance shall in no way affect the rights of the <br />City of Batesville or the public generally under the aforesaid <br />easement which easement is created by Deed of Dedication vlich <br />appears in Independence County Deed Record Book C-9 at page 519. <br />SECTION II. <br />A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the City <br />Clerk shall be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and <br />lEx-Officio Recorder of Independence County, Arkansas, and recorded <br />lin the Deed Records of that County. <br />SECTION III. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage. <br />PASSIM .ANDA�TYP'01,'!+� T?iIS L_Z_ T)Av nF �TTJTY$ 1975 <br />ATTEST: <br />Pe ton Golden, Mayor <br />arvin R.
