A.B. - (Amend by substituting this definition) The division <br />of a parcel of land into two or more lots or parcels for the <br />purpose of transfer of ownership or development within the <br />purpose and intent of these regulations. However, a division <br />of land for agricultural purpose into lots or parcel of five <br />acres or more and not involving a new street or public utility <br />extensions shall not be considered a subdivision. <br />III.
