Page will fill out forms, get letters from <br />property owners on North and East. Deferred until next meeting. <br />(2) Bill Brooks of 800 22nd Street (a corner <br />request a variance, for a carport beside hios houset at ,ldtonwdithinNeele2) <br />feet of his property line. The carport will "nose" into the <br />house on the 22nd Street side. Deferred until next meeting. <br />(3) Wilby Coleman at 1450 Lawrence St. request a variance to 1 foot <br />Of side lot line for a carport. Deferred until next meeting. <br />(4) Set Zoning Study Group presentation for next meeting with public <br />hearing on PC recommendations at a mid-December meeting. Methods <br />of presentation and recommendations discussed. <br />(5) Next meeting set for November 15th. <br />
