Jones <br />John Wilbanks <br />Lonnie Flemings <br />ABSENT <br />Virginia Kirk <br />Frank Kallsnick <br />Jane Fagg <br />Boyce Nash <br />Also present: Clyde Keene, Building Inspector <br />f1) Vernon Page request that, at the NE Cor. of Lyon and St. Louis <br />(Lot 10 and South 25 feet of Lot 1 in Maxfield's Eastern Addition), <br />a variance be allowed on the back lines to within 5 feet of the <br />property lines, Building will be 105' X 30' on 175' X 701. <br />Presently zoned C-2. Page will fill out forms, get letters from <br />property owners on North and East. Deferred until next meeting. <br />(2) Bill Brooks of 800 22nd Street (a corner <br />request a variance, for a carport beside hios houset at ,ldtonwdithinNeele2) <br />feet of his property line. The carport will "nose" into the <br />house on the 22nd Street side. Deferred until next meeting. <br />(3) Wilby Coleman at 1450 Lawrence St. request a variance to 1 foot <br />Of side lot line for a carport. Deferred until next meeting. <br />(4) Set Zoning Study Group presentation for next meeting with public <br />hearing on PC recommendations at a mid-December meeting. Methods <br />of presentation and recommendations discussed. <br />(5) Next meeting set for November 15th. <br />
