East 101.3 feet to P.T., an iron pipe was set at P. I. or <br />tangent intersection as a witness corner 57.3 feet each way <br />from corners on intersecting tangents; thence from southeast - <br />southeast corner north 38 degrees 54 minutes east 185.9 feet <br />with center of proposed street to the northeast -southeast <br />corner of this tract, the P.C. or beginning of curve section; <br />thence northeasterly with curving center of proposed street <br />110.3 feet to the northeast -southeast corner of this tract, <br />the P.T. or end of curve section, the chord of this curve <br />section bears from P.C. north 19 degrees 46.5 minutes east <br />108.2 feet to P.T., an iron pipe was set at P.I. or tangent <br />intersection as a witness corner 57.3 feet each way from <br />corners on intersecting trangents; thence from northeast - <br />southeast corner north 0 degrees 39 minutes east 511.7 feet <br />with center of proposed street to the northeast corner of <br />this tract, the point of beginning. Said tract contains 14.74 <br />acres. Bearings are from North Arkansas Grid azimuths and <br />may be converted to true by adding 0 degrees 13 minutes to <br />the azimuth of the respective bearings. <br />That same be reclassified as "C -la" Commercial Zone, subject only <br />to the requirement that there be a uniform set -back of 25 feet of <br />all of the above described property fronting on Harrison Street, <br />to the end that no buildings be erected on said 25 foot strip <br />fifteen <br />fronting on Harrison Street, and a uniform set back of xt= feet <br />across the entire south end of the property being the property <br />adjacent to Oaklawn Cemetery. The property shall be used only for <br />medical related purposes, which will complement the operation of <br />a medical center to the end that the entire property be developed <br />in a way that will make for the efficient development of a com- <br />plete medical center; and the said proposed changes would be to <br />the best interest of the City of Batesville. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of <br />the City of Batesville, Arkansas: <br />C70MTnT\T T <br />That the City Council adopt the report and recommendation <br />of the City Planning Commission as above set forth and the lands <br />hereinabove described be and are hereby classified under the <br />applicable zoning law and regulations to the classification of <br />'C-lA" Commercial Zone, subject only to the requirement of the <br />uniform set -back of 25 feet of all of the property fronting on <br />fifteen <br />Harrison Street and a uniform set back of t)erxfeet across the=en- <br />tire south end of the property being the property adjacent to <br />Oaklawn Cemetery.
