Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause the official zoning map to note the change as above set forth. Section 3. That there is herebY found and declared to be an immediate need for the re-classification as above set forth f6r the benefit of the public health, safety and welfare of the City of Batesville, Arkansas, and the area affected hereby. It is therefore declared that an emergency exists and that this ordinance is necessary for the ixm!iediate preseevation of the public health, peace, safett and welfare and Iva- shall be in force and shall take effect imned iately upon and after its passage.
