That in order to pay the principal of, interest on and <br />Paying Agent's fees in connection with the bonds as they become due and as <br />they may be called for redemption prior to maturity in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Ordinance pertaining to redemption prior to maturity, there <br />are hereby appropriated the entire collections of the special three and forty- <br />four hundredths (3.44) mill tax, and if the collections be insufficient to pay <br />the principal of, interest on and Paying Agent's fees in connection with the <br />bonds as they become due, then there are appropriated out of the general <br />revenues of the City the sums necessary, together with the collections, to <br />pay the principal of, interest on and Paying Agent's fees in connection with <br />the bonds as they become due. The principal of and interest on the bonds <br />become due in accordance with the following schedule: <br />
