That the bonds shall be executed on behalf of <br />the City by the Mayor and City Clerk (with the facsimile signature <br />of the Mayor and the manual signature of the City Clerk) and shall <br />have impressed thereon the seal of the City. Interest coupons shall <br />be executed by the facsimile signature of the Mayor. The facsimile <br />signature of the Mayor on the bonds and coupons shall have the same <br />force and effect as if he had personally signed each of the bonds <br />and coupons. <br />Section 5. That the bonds and coupons shall be in sub- <br />stantially the following form: <br />
