It being the intention of this Ordinance to <br />vest in said Cormaissioners unlimited authority to build, construct, <br />o,)erate, manaffe maintain, irZorove and extend said munici.oally owned <br />air)ort, its related )ro,)erties and facilities, and to have full and <br />coml)lete charge thereof.
