Page 2. <br />Section 5. till bills for t -,rater service hereunder shall be rendered monthly, <br />are due upon presentation and are payable within ten days from the date there- <br />of at the Company's office located in Batesville, Arkansas. <br />Section 6, All other ordinances and agreements and parts of ordinances and <br />a,r,-ements relating to this charge for water service to said City are hereby <br />repealed and this constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Water <br />Company and the City with reference to the s?.abject matter hereof, and supersedes <br />all previous understandings, either written or oral. <br />Se on The term of this agreement shall be from 19 to <br />1949, and shall be automatically extended for successive <br />.periods of one year each, until terminated by written notice given by one party <br />to the other not more thur six (6) months nor less than "hree (3) months prior <br />to the expiration of the original term or ani, anniversary thereof. <br />Section 8.
