ARTICLE II
<br />THE BONDS
<br />Section 201. No bonds may be issued under the provisions
<br />of this Indenture except in accordance with this Article.
<br />Section 202. The bonds shall be designated "City of Bates-
<br />ville, Arkansas Industrial Development Revenue BondsP1. They shall be
<br />dated March 1, 1960 and interest thereon shall be payable semi-
<br />annually on March 1 and September 1 of each year commencing Septem-
<br />ber 1, 1960. They shall be in the denomination of $1,000 each, and
<br />shall be numbered consecutively from 1 to 929, inclusive. Bonds Nos.
<br />1 to 362, inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of 4% per annum;
<br />Bonds Nos. 363 to 576, inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of
<br />4 1/4% per annum; Bonds Nos. 577 to 850, inclusive, shall bear in-
<br />terest at the rate of 4 1/2% per annum; and Bonds Nos. 851 to 929,
<br />inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of 4% per annum. They
<br />shall mature serially, unless sooner redeemed in the manner herein-
<br />after set forth, annually on March 1 in each of the years set forth
<br />in and in the amount set opposite each year in the following schedule:
