a Certificate of Authentication substantially in the form hereinabove <br />set forth duly executed by the Trustee shall be entitled to any right <br />or benefit under this Indentt4re. No bond and no coupon appertaining <br />to any bond shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose unless and <br />until such Certificate of Authentication shall have been duly execut- <br />ed by the Trustee, and such Certificate of the Trustee upon any such <br />bond shall be conclusive evidence that such bond has been authenti- <br />cated and delivered under this Indenture. The Trustee's Certificate <br />of Authentication on any bond shall be deemed to have been executed <br />if signed by an authorized officer of the Trustee, but it shall not <br />be necessary that the same officer sign the Certificate of Authenti- <br />cation on all of the bonds issued hereunder. Before authenticating <br />or delivering any bonds, the Trustee shall detach and cancel all <br />matured coupons, if any, appertaining thereto, and such cancelled <br />coupons shall be cremated by the Trustee. <br />Section 205. The bonds issued under this Indenture and <br />the coupons attached thereto shall be substantially in the form <br />hereinabove set forth with such appropriate variations, omissions <br />and insertions as are permitted or required by this Indenture. <br />Section 206. Upon the execution and delivery of this <br />Indenture, the City shall execute and deliver to the Trustee and the <br />Trustee shall authenticate the bonds and deliver them to the <br />purchasers, or order, upon payment of the purchase price plus accrued <br />interest from the date of the bonds to the date of delivery (or <br />accrued interest from September 1, 1960 to the date of delivery if the <br />first coupon is clipped). <br />Section 207. This Indenture is given in order to secure <br />funds to pay for new construction and by reason thereof it is intended <br />that this Indenture shall be superior to any laborers', mechanics' or <br />materialmen's liens which may be placed upon the project. <br />Section 208.
