signed by the parties hereinafter identified and specifying: <br />(a) That the disbursement is for a proper expense of <br />the project; <br />(b) The name of the person, firm or corporation to <br />whom payment is due; <br />(c) The amount to be paid; and <br />(d) The purpose by general classification for which <br />the obligation to be paid was incurred. <br />In the case of requisitions for "construction cost", as <br />that term is defined in Section 106 of the Batesville Rubber Company <br />Lease, reference is hereby made to Section 105 of the Batesville <br />Rubber Company Lease for the provisions specifying that the total <br />obligations of the City and the County for the payment of "construc- <br />tion cost" are $1,300,000 and, therefore, the Trustee shall see that <br />requisitions for "construction cost", as said term is defined in Sec- <br />tion 106 of the Batesville Rubber Company Lease, payable from the pro- <br />ceeds of the Revenue Bonds of the City and from the proceeds of the <br />Amendment No. 49 Bonds of the County do not exceed in the aggregate <br />$1,3001000. <br />Each requisition for "construction cost", as that term is <br />defined in Section 106 of the Batesville Rubber Company Lease, except <br />the items referred to in Section 106(:�;,.-ha;.l be signed by a repre- <br />sentative of the City and a representative of Eatesville Rubber Com- <br />pany. The representative of the City to sign said requisitions is <br />hereby designated as Ginocchio-Cromwell & Associates, Architects, <br />416 Center Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, and the representative of <br />Batesville Rubber Company shall be designated by Batesville Rubber Com- <br />pany and the name of the representative so designated shall be fur- <br />nished the Trustee. <br />In the case of requisitions for the items of "construction <br />cost" specified in Section 106(f) of the Batesville Rubber Company <br />Lease and in the case of "Lessor's expenses and costsf1, as that term <br />is defined in Section 107 of the Batesville Rubber Company Lease, each <br />
