Anything in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the holders of a majority in aggregate principal amount of bonds outstanding hereunder shall have the right, at any time, by an instrument or instruments in writing executed and de- livered to the Trustee, to direct the method and place of conducting all proceedings to be taken in connection with the enforcement of the terms and conditions of this Indenture, or for the appointment of a receiver or any other proceedings hereunder; provided that such direction shall not be otherwise than in accordance with the pro- visions of law and of this Trust Indenture. Sectio: 1006. Upon the occurrence of an event of default, and upon the filing of a suit or other commencement of judicial proceedings to enforce the rights of the Trustee and of the bond- holders under this Indenture, the Trustee shall be entitled, as a matter of right, to the appointment of a receiver or receivers of the mortgaged property and of the tolls, rents, revenurys, issues, earnings, income, products and profits thereof, pending such pro- ceedings, with such powers as the court making such appointment shall confer. Section 1007. In case of an event of default on its part, as aforesaid, to the extent that such rights may then lawfully be waived, neither the City nor anyone claiming through it or under it shall or will set up, claim, or seek to take advantage of any appraisement, valuation, stay, extension or redemption laws now or hereafter in force, in order to prevent or hinder the enforcement of this Indenture, but the Cita , for itself and all who may claim through or under it, hereby waives, to the extent that it lawfully may do so, the benefit of all such laws and all right of appraisement and redemption to which it may be entitled under the laws of the State of Arkansas.
