S"Jtiereas, First National ?yank, Batesville,Arkansas, is located in the building4t 296 East Dain Street, Batesvil-'_e,Arkansas. Whereas, said banking institution proposes to provide an outside window in the building adjacent to Third Street for the purpose of the general public making deposits at said window from cars, trucks, or them vehicles; that said outside window will also be used by pedestrians. BE ri" ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNMQL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS: SECTION ONE: In consideration of the First National Bank, Batesville, Arkansas, making and providing an outside window in its building adjacent to Third Street for the purpose of the general public making deposits at said win- dow, First National Bank, Batesville,Arkansas, is hereby authorized and permitte to make such changes in the sidevralk along; the side of its building adjacent to Third Street as may be necessary to make it convenient for the public to reach said window and make deposits thereat. SECTION TtN'O: Be it further enacted that any person be and is authorized and permitted to stop any car, truck, or other vehicle at such depository window provided by First National Bank, Batesville, rkansas, in the building in which said bank is located, which buildinf- is adjacent to Third Street, for the pur- rose of making deposits at such window, provided no vehicle shall be left for any leng bb of time without the driver or some person in charge of said vehicle, and for no longer time than is necessarily required to make such deposit.
