14W of the parties thereunder. A copy of said Lease and a copy of the said Assignment will be recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Independence County, Arkansas. The Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to do any and all things necessary to enforce all rights of the City and to discharge all obligations of the City under and pursuant to the said Lease, and the Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby, further authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute all papers, documents, certificates and other instruments that may be appropriate or necessary for the carrying out of the authority conferred by this ordinance or to evidence said authority and its exercise. Section 6. That the Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to accept an assignment by Independence County, Arkansas Industrial Development Corporation of its rights, title and interest and obli- gations under and in that certain Agreement dated the � day of January, 1961, wherein Independence County, Arkansas Industrial Development Corporation is party of the first part and White -Rodgers Company is party of the second part, and executed and acknowledged copies of which are of record in the office of the Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for a detailed statement of the terms and conditions of the said Agreement and the covenants and obligations of the parties thereunder.
