Iver ..r a Certificate of Authentication substantially in the form hereinabove set forth duly executed by the Trustee shall be entitled to any right or benefit under this Indenture. No bond and no coupon appertaining to any bond shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose unless and until such Certificate of Authentication shall have been duly execut- ed by the Trustee, and such Certificate of the Trustee upon any such bond shall be conclusive evidence that such bond has been authenti- cated and delivered under this Indenture. The Trustee's Certificate of Authentication on any bond shall be deemed to have been executed if signed by an authorized officer of the Trustee, but it shall not be necessary that the same officer sign the Certificate of Authenti- cation on all of the bonds issued hereunder. before authenticating or delivering any bonds, the Trustee shall detach and cancel all matured coupons, if any, appertaining thereto, and such cancelled coupons shall be cremated by the Trustee. Section 205. The bonds issued under this Indenture and the coupons attached thereto shall be substantially in the form hereinabove set forth with such appropriate variations, omissions and insertions as are permitted or required by this Indenture. Section 206. Upon the execution and delivery of this In- denture, the City shall execute and deliver to the Trustee and the Trustee shall authenticate the bonds and deliver them to the purchaser, _ r order, upon payment of the purchase price plus accrued interest from the date of the bonds to the date of delivery. This Indenture is given in order to secure funds to pay for new construction and by reason thereof it is in- tended that this Indenture shall be superior to any laborers', mechanics' or materialmen's liens which may be placed upon the project Section,.208.
