Section 3. That the sale of the bonds to the purchaser <br />named in the recitals be, and the same is hereby, approved and <br />confirmed. <br />Section 4. That the Mayor and Clerk, for and on behalf <br />of the City be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to do <br />any and all things necessary to effect the execution of the Trust <br />Indenture, its execution and acceptance by the Trustee, the per- <br />formance of all obligations of the City under and pursuant to the <br />Trust Indenture, the execution and delivery of the bonds and the <br />performance of all other acts of whatever nature necessary to effect <br />and carry out the authority conferred by this ordinance and by the <br />Trust Indenture. The Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby, <br />further authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to <br />execute all papers, documents, certificates and other instruments <br />that may be required for the carrying out of the authority con- <br />ferred by this ordinance and the Trust Indenture, or to evidence <br />said authority and its exercise. <br />Section 5. That the Mayor and Clerk be, and they are <br />hereby, authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to <br />accept an assignment by Independence County, Arkansas Industrial <br />Development Corporation of Independence County, Arkansas Industrial <br />Development Corporation's rights, title and interest and obligations <br />under and in that certain Lease dated the +h day of January, <br />1961, wherein Independence County, Arkansas Industrial Development <br />Corporation is Lessor and White -Rodgers Company, a Delaware cor- <br />poration, is Lessee and executed and acknowledged copies of which <br />Lease and Assignment are of record in the office of the Clerk and <br />to which reference is hereby made for a detailed statement of the <br />terms and conditions of the Lease and the covenants and obligations <br />
