CM <br />wlv <br />other property installed at the expense of Lessee shall remain the property of the <br />Lessee with the right of removal, whether or not affixed and/or attached to the <br />real estate, and the Lessee shall, so long as it is not in default hereunder, be <br />entitled but shall not be obligated to remove the same, or any part thereof, during <br />the term, or within a reasonable time thereafter, but Lessee shall at its own cost <br />and expense repair any and all damage to the leased premises resulting from or <br />caused by their removal therefrom. <br />Section 504. All property of any kind which may be on the leased <br />premises (whether belonging to the Lessor, Lessee or to any third person) shall be <br />at the sole risk of Lessee and those claiming by, through or under Lessee and <br />Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee or to those claiming by, through or under <br />Lessee or to said third persons for any injury, loss or damage to any person or <br />property on the leased premises . <br />Section 505. Lessee shall throughout the term, at no cost and <br />expense to Lessor, maintain or cause to be maintained, and, subject to the pro- <br />visions of Articles XLX and XXIV hereof, at the expiration of the term hereof <br />yield up, or cause to be yielded up, in good repair, order and condition, reason- <br />able wear and tear excepted, Lessor's machinery and equipment. <br />
