The Lessee will not remove,or permit the removal of any of Lessor's machinery and equipment from the leased premises except in accordance with the provisions of this section. Section 2403. if requested by Lessor, Lessee shall furnish to Lessor, within sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar year, Lessee's certificate setting forth a summary description of all removals made pursuant to Sections 2401 and 2402.
