O <br />rn <br />Section 410. The City covenants that so long as any bonds <br />authorized by and issued under this Indenture are outstanding, it will not <br />sell or otherwise dispose of its interest in or lien on the mortgaged property, <br />except in accordance with the provisions of the Lease Agreement, and that <br />it will not encumber the same, or any part thereof, or its interest therein, <br />or create or permit to be created any charge or lien on the revenues derived <br />therefrom, except as provided in this Indenture. <br />Section 411. The City covenants that at all times while <br />any bonds are outstanding, it will keep or cause to be kept the mortgaged <br />property insured against 'the perils and to the e)_tent set forth in the Lease <br />Agreement and that the Trustee shall be named as a party insured pursuant <br />to a standard mortgagee clause as its interest may appear. It is under- <br />stood that the City has made provisions in the Lease Agreement for such <br />insurance, pursuant to the terms of which the Lessee is obligated to keep <br />the property insured as set forth in the Lease Agreement, and so long as the <br />Lease Agreement is in force and effect, the City shall. be deemed to be in <br />compliance with its obligations under this Section 411. <br />
