0 <br />CM <br />be paid out of the proceeds of revenues collected from the imortgaged property <br />if not paid by the City; but the Trustee small be under no obligation to make <br />any such payment unless it shall have been requested to do so by the holders <br />of at least ton per cent (10%) of the aggregate principal amount of bonds out- <br />standing hereunder and shall have been provided with adequate funds for the <br />purpose of such payment. <br />Section 1111. The resolutions, opinions, certificates and other <br />instruments provided for in this Indenture may be accepted and relied upon by <br />the Trustee as conclusive evidence of the facts and conclusions stated therein <br />and shall be full warrant, protection and authority to the Trustee for the release <br />of property and with the withdrawal of cash hereunder. <br />Section 1112. In the event of a change in the office of Trustee, <br />the old Trustee which has resigned or been removed shall cease to be Paying Agent, <br />and the successor Trustee shall become the Paying Agent. <br />Section 1113. There shall be paid the standard and customary Paying <br />Agent's fees and charges of the Paying Agent for handling the payment of the <br />principal of and interest on the bonds, and funds sufficient to pay the same shall <br />be deposited with the Paying Agent prior to the dates on which payments are required <br />to be made on principal and interest. <br />Section 1114. The City and the Trustee shall have power to appoint <br />and upon the request of the Trustee the City shall for such purpose join with the <br />Trustee in the execution of all instruments necessary or proper to appoint <br />another corporation or one or more persons approved by the Trustee and <br />satisfactory to the Lessee under the Lease Agreement, so long as there is no <br />termination of the interest of the Lessee under the Lease Agreement by virtue <br />of an event of default or otherwise, either to act as co -trustee or co -trustees <br />jointly with the Trustee of all or any of the property subject to the lien hereof, <br />
