• Liti ag tion. The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality has issued a consent order <br /> against the City. The City is currently engaged in $50,000,000 of wastewater expansion and <br /> collections system upgrades to address the consent order. The new wastewater treatment plant <br /> will increase capacity from 4.3 million gallons per day to approximately 10 million gallons per <br /> day. There is no other material litigation or administrative proceeding pending or threatened <br /> against the City. <br /> County Economic Data.
