MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> DECEMBER 27, 2018 <br /> The Batesville City Council met in special session on December 27th at 12:30 pm at the <br /> Municipal Building. Mayor Rick Elumbaugh presided over the meeting. Upon roll call, the <br /> following Councilmembers answered present; Ronda Bryant, Margaret Henley, Julie Hinkle, <br /> Paige Hubbard, Doug Matthews, Chris Poole and David Shetron. Also present were the City <br /> Clerk Denise Johnston and City Attorney Tim Meitzen. Councilmember Tommy Bryant was <br /> absent. <br /> Councilmember Matthews moved to approve the prepared agenda. Councilmember <br /> Henley seconded and all voted for. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF THE LEASE OF <br /> THE LOCKHOUSE <br /> Councilmember Shetron introduced a resolution to approve the assignment of the <br /> lease of the Lockhouse from Steve Carpenter Property Management, LLC to RBJM <br /> Leasing. Mr. Meitzen read the resolution in full. Councilmember Hinkle moved to <br /> adopt the resolution. Councilmember Shetron seconded and the roll call vote was <br /> 7 for and 0 against. The resolution was given #2018-12-02-R. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no more business, Councilmember Matthews moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned.
