Mayor Elumbaugh recognized Councilmembers Margaret Henley and David Shetron <br /> for the service to the City of Batesville. The Mayor gave each a plaque and <br /> highlighted the accomplishments they have made to the city during their years on the <br /> council. Ms. Henley and Mr. Shetron both thanked Mayor Elumbaugh and the citizens <br /> of Batesville for allowing them to serve the City as Councilmembers. Mayor <br /> Elumbaugh said they both would be missed. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said each of the council were given proposed pay incentives for the <br /> city employees. Councilmember T. Bryant moved to give each full-time employee $200.00 <br /> and each part-time employee $50.00.
