Ms. <br /> Johnson said she hoped that all would try to attend and she would send out a <br /> reminder for the meeting. <br /> D) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSENT ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> ORDER 08-083-002 <br /> Councilmember T. Bryant introduced a resolution to approve Consent <br /> Administrative Order 08-083-002 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to <br /> execute the order. Councilmember Matthews moved to read the resolution by <br /> title only. Councilmember T. Bryant seconded and the electronic vote was 6 for <br /> and 0 against. Mr. Meitzen read the resolution by title only. Councilmember T. <br /> Bryant moved to adopt the resolution. Councilmember Henley seconded and the <br /> electronic vote was 6 for and 0 against. The resolution was given #2018-09-01- <br /> R. <br /> E) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE CITY OF BATESVILLE <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION AND CREATING A PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> Councilmember Matthews introduced an ordinance to abolish the City of <br /> Batesville's Parks and Recreation Commission and to create a Parks and <br /> Recreation Advisory Committee.
