Councilmember Pool made a motion to <br /> authorize the Mayor and Chief Cockrill to negotiate the purchase of the property. <br /> Councilmember T. Bryant seconded the motion and the roll call was 8 for and 0 <br /> against. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember T.
