Matthews seconded and all voted for. Mr. Musgrave's term will expire <br /> 12/31/2020. <br /> Councilmember Fredricks moved to appoint Mr. Landon Reeves to the Planning <br /> and Zoning Commission. Mr. Reeves will replace Ms. Carma Osborn and his <br /> term will expire 6/10/2024. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> City Clerk Denise Johnston asked the council to consider increasing the City and <br /> Utilities recorded fixed asset amount from $2,500. To $5,000. The amount has not <br /> been increased since 2010 and the request for $5,000.00 is a more reasonable amount. <br /> Councilmember Matthews moved to increase the fixed asset amount. Councilmember <br /> Krug seconded and all voted for. <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said he wants our community to know that he and others in the <br /> community have met with the CEO's of PECO and Georges (formally OMP) regarding <br /> the odors coming from both plants. The Mayor said both plants make a huge impact in <br /> our community with their large number of employees, however, the quality of life for our <br /> citizens has to be considered. He said the meeting was productive and both CEO's <br /> pledged to invest in their wastewater systems to help with the offensive odors. The <br /> Mayor did however say these changes will not take place overnight and asked the <br /> citizens to be patient with the process. <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />
