Mayor Elumbaugh said <br /> because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the State legislature made <br /> provision for cities to adopt measures to hold public meetings. The resolution <br /> sets out how the city will conduct such meetings. Councilmember Hubbard <br /> moved to read the resolution by title only.
