EXHIBIT "A" <br />A tract of land being a part of the SE%4of the SEI/4 in <br />Section 15, Township 13 North, Range 6 West in the City <br />of Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 15; <br />thence North 8801210111 West along the South line of said <br />Section 15, 675.74 feet to an existing pipe and the point of <br />beginning; thence continue North 88112'01" West, <br />318.70 feet to an existing rebar; thence North 03'18'51" <br />East, leaving said South line, 305.01 feet; thence South <br />88112'18" East, 311.49 feet; thence South 02'28'00" <br />West, 304.95 feet to the point of beginning. This tract <br />contains 2.20 acres, more or less, and is subject to any <br />and all easements. <br />ROAD EASEMENT DESCRIPTION: <br />A tract of land being a part of the SE `/.
