CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br />PROCLAMATION <br />Whereas, the City of Batesville has previously created a Temporary <br />Entertainment District in Riverside Park, and <br />Whereas, said Entertainment District is only operational and in <br />effect during the dates and times as designated by a Mayoral <br />Proclamation, and <br />Whereas, the City desires to have said Temporary Entertainment <br />District in effect for the July 4t", 2022 festivities at Riverside Park. <br />NOW THEREFORE: It is hereby PROCLAIMED that the Temporary <br />Entertainment District in Riverside Park is hereby activated and <br />shall be operational on July 4, 2022 from 8 A.M. until 12 Midnight. <br />Signed this day of , 2022. <br />Rick Elumbaugh, Mayor <br />
