RESOLUTION NUMBER <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR PERMANENT MAINTENANCE FUND, <br />LOT SALES, AND DEED CHANGES FOR OAKLAWN CEMETERY, GRAY'S <br />ADDITION TO OAKLAWN CEMETERY AND THE MAUSOLEUM LOCATED <br />AT OAKLAWN CEMETERY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES <br />WHEREAS, The City of Batesville owns, operates and maintains said Oaklawn <br />Cemetery and Gray's Addition to Oaklawn Cemetery and operates and maintains <br />the Mausoleum located at Oaklawn Cemetery; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Batesville provides for lot sales, deed changes, and a <br />permanent maintenance fund. <br />WHEREAS, City codes provide that the City may establish fees for such said lot <br />sales, deed changes, and permanent maintenance fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to adopt a fee schedule for lot sales, deed changes, <br />and permanent maintenance fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City adopts the fees for lot <br />sales, deed changes, and permanent maintenance fund attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, for Oaklawn Cemetery, Gray's Addition to Oaklawn Cemetery, and the <br />Mausoleum located at Oaklawn Cemetery. That these changes address certain <br />fees that were not addressed by Resolution Number 2022-12-05-R. <br />IT IS SO RESOLVED this day of January 2023. <br />Rick Elumbaugh, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Denise M.
