1 <br /> Larsen<blarsen@olsson.com> <br /> Subject: FW: Batesville Logo <br /> Rob, <br /> At our regular monthly meeting of Wednesday, December 11, 2019 we discussed the placement of <br /> the logo on the Eagle Mountain tank. We discussed the color of the logo, the size of the logo, the <br /> location of the logo and confirmed that the City requests 2 logos to be placed on the tank. The exact <br /> location of the logo was to be determined, but in our conversation it is generally conceded that the <br /> logos would be placed on opposite sides of the tank. <br /> We have subsequently reviewed the location of the logos with Damon Johnson and have established <br /> that indeed 2 logos are to be placed on the tank, with one facing generally West and the other facing <br /> generally East. The exact location of the centerline of the logos will be established in the field prior to <br /> the time for the template of the logo to be placed on the tank. <br /> It is also our understanding that Kimery requests that a representative of the City be on site when a <br /> representation of the logo is placed on the tank for final confirmation. Because of the color of the <br /> outline of the letters will be difficult to see at a distance, it may be expedient to put a dark contrasting <br /> vertical tape on the left and right edges of the proposed logo so that the City's representative can <br /> confirm the orientation of the logo from a distance. <br /> The City has agreed to place 2 logos on the tank and confirmed the acceptance of your cost proposal <br /> in the amount of$23,897. <br /> We trust that this confirmation of cost and explanation of the orientation is sufficient for Kimery to <br /> move forward with placing the logo on the tank.
