<br /> checkout HVAC equipment for lower section, new ceiling diffusers, restroom exhaust fans.
<br /> -Electrical:New 2 x 2 LED lay in light fixtures, exit and emergency lights, 115V receptacles,data stub ups,
<br /> power for new A.C. units.
<br /> -Building permit, supervision, clean up
<br /> This is a budgetary price including labor, materials, taxes,freight and insurance.
<br /> The price is$492,470.00(Four Hundred Ninety Two Thousand, Four Hundred Seventy Dollars).
<br /> Items not included: outside signage, data wiring, refrigerator,stove, microwave, interior door signage
<br /> other thank restrooms, landscaping, architectural set of plans.
