Task B: Final Master Plan Document: <br /> EDG+Taggart will develop the final graphic master plan with a cost estimate for all park features,event center <br /> building and final program elements.The final master plan will include an illustrative,to scale high quality drawing <br /> showing plan elements encompassing the full park acreage with the layout of all program and ecological elements, <br /> all park vehicular,bike,and pedestrian circulation including connections to surrounding land uses,downtown food <br /> truck lot, utility corridors,ecological areas,and historical elements.The plan will also identify a theme that helps <br /> guide the overall design of the park and will create the destination public park space for the City of Batesville and <br /> surrounding region. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> . Opinion of Probable Cost <br /> Task C: Construction Documents(option to proceed) <br /> After construction funding has been received,EDG+Taggart will develop the final full-service design and <br /> construction documents for all park features,event center building and final program elements.The deliverables <br /> and fees will be based upon the Arkansas Division of Building Authority's Standard Fee Schedule for Professional <br /> Services. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> .
