Water Rates for Customers Outside City Limits <br />Commencing with January 1, 2024, billing period and subject to the conditions <br />hereinafter set out, the charges for water services and water usage for each residential, <br />commercial, or industrial user customer outside city limits shall be based on the customers meter <br />size and the customers metered water usage in accordance with the schedules shown below. <br />13.1 Residential, Commercial, and Industrial water user customers outside the city <br />limits shall pay the following minimum monthly rates for the first one thousand (1,000) gallons <br />or any part thereof for metered water usage based upon the meter size and calendar year in the <br />following table: <br />
