<br /> A. EEO POLICY STATEMENT
<br /> Equal Employment Opportunity is a high priority with the City of Batesville.
<br /> Employment decision including recruiting, hiring, transfer, promotion, training,
<br /> compensation, benefits, discipline, and termination of employment with the City
<br /> will be made on the basis of an individual's skills, knowledge, abilities, job
<br /> performance, and other legitimate qualifications in accordance with state and
<br /> federal laws.
<br /> It is prohibited for any employee of the City of Batesville to refuse to hire, train,
