The facility is hereby released from financial assurance requirements and the <br /> permit is voided. The two-year maintenance period for the facility began on April 23, 1998, as <br /> referenced in a letter from this office dated April 24, 1998. The facility was maintained to the <br /> satisfaction of the Department during the 2-year post-closure period. <br /> We appreciate your cooperation in closing the landfill.
